Viet Nam GEF Office
Office of the Steering Committee for the Vietnam Global Environment Facility (hereinafter referred to as the Viet Nam GEF Office) located in the International Cooperation Department, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is an organization to assist the Steering Committee of the Viet Nam Global Environment Facility (hereinafter referred to as the Steering Committee of Vietnam GEF) in directing and organizing the implementation of the rights and obligations of Vietnam in the GEF Assembly, GEF Council, implementing of international cooperation activities with GEF, GEF participants and directing implementation of GEF activities in Vietnam; is the activites coordinating focal of the Clean Technology Fund (CTF) in Vietnam and other international financial mechanisms on climate change, natural resources and environment under management scale of the Ministry of Finance Resources and Environment as assigned by the Minister.
